Because of our growing family we are needing a larger place, but we are sad to leave this home and neighborhood. The park is very family friendly, it has a playground and two pools. We have spent many hours enjoying the heated pools and spa. It is one of the few family parks without age restrictions in the area and the location is amazing! We are less than a mile from the beach and so many stores are within walking distance. Idlewild Lane has very little traffic, only the residents who live on this street use it. Our children have safely enjoyed many a sunny afternoon in the street with their trikes and bikes. The management is very effective at keeping the park safe and enforcing HOA rules.
