Join us for a skele-TON of fun at Halloween in the Village on Saturday, October 26 from 2-6 pm! Businesses and organizations throughout Carlsbad Village will have treats and activities for kids of all ages. 🎃

New this year, we will be hosting a Sensory and Allergy Friendly Calm Zone during this event. Come by Engel & Völkers Carlsbad to enjoy a quieter celebration with simple crafts, calm games and activities, and selfie stations. We will also have indoor sensory spaces set up for anyone needing a break from the activity, as well as a private nursing and changing room for parents who need to tend to little ones.

In addition, Engel & Völkers Carlsbad is a registered Teal Pumpkin Project site, so we will be offering non-food treats to ensure a safe and inclusive event for everyone, especially those with food allergies or other medical conditions.

The Carlsbad Village Street Faire, organized by the Carlsbad Chamber of Commerce, hosts the largest single day street fair in the country with 900 booths featuring arts, crafts, antiques, and more. There will also be an international food court, a beer garden, an entertainment stage, and a large children’s section with inflatable rides.

Need a break from the excitement? Engel & Völkers Carlsbad will be hosting a Sensory Space & Calm Zone. Have a seat in our quiet indoor space and relax with coloring, magazines, or fidget toys. We also have a private nursing and changing room for anyone needing to tend to little ones.

Parking can be tight as this event draws visitors from all over the United States, so take advantage of the shuttle that runs every 15 minutes, or ride your bike and park it at the complimentary bike valet located in our parking lot, courtesy of the City of Carlsbad.

Join us for a community Holiday Party for all ages featuring complimentary photos with Santa, yummy treats, hot cocoa, and fun activities. Drop in at your convenience, and stay as long or as little as your schedule allows. Everyone is welcome!

Want to see Santa, but parties are overwhelming?
We will have sensory friendly appointments with Santa available from 2:00 - 4:30 pm before the party starts. Enjoy a 10 minute private meeting with Santa in a calmer setting — no flashes, natural lighting, & reduced noise. We will send you high resolution digital images by email after the event.
